Forging a Field: The History of the Society for Vascular Surgery
One cannot separate the history of the Society from the evolution of vascular surgery. This exhibit explores how the Society’s beginnings and the emergence of vascular surgery as a specialty intersected at a very opportune time in history. Since its origins, the Society has provided a forum for vascular surgeons to come together to share ideas, research, and foster innovation.
